- AJ LEARN reserves the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of abuse of this policy, such as multiple refund requests for the same service or account.

- Digital Content: For certain digital content, including downloadable materials or one-time webinars, refunds not be available once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Gift Cards or Promotional Codes: Purchases made using gift cards or promotional codes not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for such purchases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Bundled Purchases: If you purchased a bundle (i.e., multiple courses or services together at a discounted price), the refund will be for the full bundle, not individual items in the bundle. Refunds for bundled purchases are only available within the 7-day period.
